Why I’m Headed to SAFe Summit 2025 in Sorrento (And Why You Might Want to Connect While I'm There)

I’m excited (and honestly a little humbled) to be heading to SAFe Summit 2025 in Sorrento, Italy this April. It’s one of the few industry events where some of the sharpest minds in Agile, Lean, and enterprise transformation come together to talk not just about frameworks—but about how real change actually happens.

This year, I’ve been invited to speak in a post-conference workshop called Empowering SAFe Roles with AI: Maximizing Productivity through an AI-Augmented Workforce. It’s hosted by two incredible leaders—Dr. Steve Maynor and Odile Moreau—and it’s all about a topic that’s close to my heart: how AI isn’t replacing us… it’s amplifying what we’re capable of.

What We’ll Be Exploring

In the session, I’ll be sharing how we’re using nVeris—the platform we have been building with an incredible, passionate team—to help organizations:

• Map their customer journeys directly on top of their operational value streams
• Use AI to surface bottlenecks, pain points, and improvement opportunities
• Make smarter, faster decisions without weeks of manual analysis or slide decks
• And most importantly: engage the real people involved in the process—so change doesn’t just get designed, it gets adopted

Why This Is Personal

‍

I’ve spent a good chunk of my career inside large, complex organizations where the intent was good—but the communication and collaboration just couldn’t keep up. Sticky notes and spreadsheets don’t scale. People want to make things better, but they’re too often stuck in silos or drowning in complexity.

We built nVeris to make this easier—more visual, more collaborative, and faster to impact. And while I’m proud of what we’ve built, I’m even more excited about what we’re learning as people use it. This summit is a chance to share this story, and to hear yours.
