Facilitator Tips
- Have another nVeris Facilitator run a second breakout for groups of ten or more
- Suggest starting with the top bottlenecks and most votes first
- Use AI suggestions to accelerate ideas
- Import AI improvements as needed
- Emphasize that the AI is there to rapidly capture improvement for a given domain in each steps context
- The group controls improvement definition and selection
