Confirm the cadence for this group to meet to run the Adapt Cycle sessions
- Customer Journey Maps - 2X minimum per year
- OVS - at least 2X per year
- DVS/SVS - at least 4X per year or in each retrospective
Improvement Tips
- Participants share their top improvements
- Refine or split improvements to reliably fit in the Adapt Cycle
- Optionally rate the relative Business Value and Job Size to use weighted shortest job first (WSJF) based prioritization
- Commit to implementing at least 1 improvement per Adapt Cycle
- Save the baseline or Adapt Cycle at the end of each session
- Confirm demand rate and economics for ROI trending
- Add the committed improvements into your workflow
