Improvement Tips
- Participants share their top improvements.
- Refine improvements to reliably fit in the Adapt Cycle
- Optionally rate relative Improvement Value and JobSize for weighted shortest job first (WSJF) prioritization.
- Commit to implementing at least 1 improvement per Adapt Cycle.
- Save the baseline or Adapt Cycle at the end of each session.
- Confirm economic basis for ROI trending.
