For Customer Journey Mapping include 2-3 participants that work closely with your customer.
This is guidance for getting started—adjust as needed. You can extend to about 20 participants max.
Adapt cycles will take less time. The demo agenda works well after the first session or two with the same group. After a couple of cycles this agenda can blend into your current meetings.
